CANCELLATION POLICY
7 day prior cancellation is required. Please see below if you fail to cancel within the above time specified:
Cancellation within 7 days constitutes full forfeiture of deposit, 45 days in advance for three or more rooms booked. There is a $20.00 cancellation fee if cancelled outside the 7 day period before arrival.
Tax is not included in any rates listed above.
